Where do the matelials come from?

Many materials come from diverse areas such as Europe, Aftica, Asia, Middle East and Japan. In addition, Ayaka Nishi use antique parts and naturaly found materials such as lava and collected stones.

What is my size? can I request length and size?

Our jewelry doesn't have specific size. In each product page, we put detail information about length and size. Rings start at a base size from which we do slight alterations . If you want to request alength or size, please contact us through email prior to your purchase.

How long will my jewelry take to ship?

All of our jewelry is custom made-to-order we therefore request your patience. The chains may take up six weeks to be produced and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once we have shipped your order, however items generally take four to five days to ship if we have the materials in-stock. You may email us at info@ayakanishi.com to request a time-quote prior to or after your purchase.

Do you have wrapping service ?

Yes, we can wrap for gift as your request. Also, we can personalise your gift with your message.

How do I fix a broken jewelry?

We understand that things break from time to time. Please remember that this is jewelry and must be treated delicately. If your jewelry has broken we will gladly repair it for free, please send it to Ayaka Nishi: REPAIR 263 1st Av Apt 7 NY, NY 10003, note that unmarked packages will not be accepted. Please include the return shipping information, international shipments require return shipping label to be included or a FEDEX or UPS number to be provided. Ayaka Nishi is not responsible for packages lost in the mail, please remember to track your package when shipping it to us.
