How to order

All jewelry are handmade by a jewelry artist in New York.
We try to keep our stock as full as possible, but some products take form after receiving your order so It might take some time before an item can be shipped.
For jewelry not in stock, it takes about 1-4 weeks before shipping. After receiving your order, we will contact you about when we can deliver.

Customizing you order

We accept some requests from our customers such as prefered ring size and slight adjustments to the desired length of a necklace or braclet, but we do not costom make jewelry. In this instance, please contact us directly via email

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.875% will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.

Payment method
Payment is accepted by credit card payment throu Paypal or bank transfer. We also accept orders by mail to info@ayakanishi.com.

Shipping cost

Shipping within the United States will flat fee$ 4 - you'll be sent on.
US Postal service first class w / insurance available to arrive at a 2-6 schedule.

All purchase thar are $400 or more do not incur a shipping charge.

Order via Paypal

Select the product of interest and click Add to cart button in the details page for each desired product. Through PayPal, you can quickly secure a credit card payment.
If you want to requeset custom work or require alteration of chain length or ring size, the price may change so before ordering, please e-mail in your order directly to Ayakanishi


Order by e-mail


We also accept your order by email. Please use the following format to place your order:

1) Item No
2) Qty
3) special request (e.g. ring size)
4) Shipping
5) Payment preference (Paypal (credit card) or bank transfer)
6) Name, Shipping Address, Phone number

Please contact us via the email address noted above. We will contact you through PayPal with an invoice.

Confirmation email

You will receive an email order confirmation approximately 48 hours after an order has been placed. Estimate, we will guide your delivery schedule.

Returns

In case you did not like the product after it has received items please contact us by email within three days. Please return to the address that is stated that with the enclosed invoice then when received. Full refund on receipt of goods. In this case, shipping will be borne by customers. Used, for dirt or damage caused by deliberate product Please note that your can not receive a return.
